Back and Neck Problems in a Teaching InstitutionUniversity Health Service, University of Hong Kong, Pokfulam Road, Hong Kong
University Health Service, University of Hong Kong, Pokfulam Road, Hong Kong THE INCIDENCE of back and neck problems among the staff of the University of Hong Kong was studied. They were found to be more preva lent in the 31-40 and the older age groups and in the female sex. Good posture, suitable furniture design, and regular exercise were shown to be beneficial to back and neck health.
